Since British Custom Essay stands firm in their goal to ever send away a customer dissatisfied, we have a very strong and customer-friendly refund policy in place.
According to the terms of the refund policy, customers are able to apply for a refund if they feel that they are not satisfied with the work that has been delivered to them in spite of the numerous revisions that have been carried out on the same. At the same time, customers are encouraged to read the entire Refund Policy before placing an order with us. This is so as to ensure that customers are already aware of our policies and are aware of their own rights as well as situations wherein they could be eligible to apply for a full or part refund.
We would like all clients to be informed that once you place an order with our organisation, it is automatically assumed that you have already read, properly understood and even agree to all the Refund Policy terms that have been stated here.
- Please note that every customer is NOT liable to receive a refund. Only when the conditions for a refund are met, should the customer in question apply for a refund.
- We will withhold 50% of the entire payment that is made as part of our service charges. However this will be waived if the student received failing grades or eve when the work provided contains over 30% plagiarised content.
- Refund policy processing will only be initiated once the student has submitted validated proof that supports their refund claim.
- All applications for valid refunds must be initiated within 30 days of the receipt of the order. Please note that no refund requests will be entertained after this period.
- Thorough investigations that could last for at least 30 days will be conducted for every refund request.
- Orders that have been revised or rewritten prior to posting the request for a refund, will be charged for the same. The amount may be taken out of the refund money.
- The company holds absolute decision making authority in all cases. Any decisions confirmed by the organisation will be absolute and not subject to change.
- Refunds are not granted for orders that have been placed with 2 days (or less) deadline in their delivery.
- Refunds are not granted for dissertation orders that have been placed with 10 days (or less) deadline in their delivery.
